CAP's 2008 workshop pre-registration:

Production workshop is July 1 – August 1.
Performances are August 2 & 3.
Workshop will not be held July 4.
Fee: $155 ($130 for each additional family member).

Please Note:

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to complete registration.
• Load-in/Strike is mandatory for ALL workshop participants.
• FULL DAILY attendance and ARRIVAL ON TIME is expected of ALL workshop participants.
• Phone numbers are kept strictly confidential.
• Only the first 50 paid applicants will be taken. All others will be placed on a waiting list.
• Only a parent or guardian may submit this form.
